This build deals with pesky light mechs and punching into enemy assaults at a range greater than brawl range.
Way way way to slow. Get some endo steel and get some spotted on that thing. Then work on the cooling which should come with the bigger engine.
Right, let's see about the feedback as promised. As Fuzzy says, the biggest problem is the engine. With a STD245 you will have zombie capabilities but your response and turning rate is nearly in the glacial age. Sure, with the UAC5's you won't be doing much torsotwist to protect yourself as you have to stay locked on target to deal damage but any light worth his mech would sing "Hallelujah" when he sees your mechs response time. My suggestions are much like Fuzzy and Tsume's in the other thread. Add Endo, upgrade the engine and swap out the BAP and Streaks. Maybe something like this, at least a STD300 if not more. I often run a 325 - then we can talk about good turning speed. In the end, if the mech works for you as you designed it then that's good, what works for one pilot may not work for another.
Welcome to the forum! Ive looked at your build.. well, I find the weapon setup ok. But i dont understand why you go for a Engine smaller than Stock Engine. Is there a special reason? In the Stock Engine you can put two Heatsinks in it, so to keep them more safe (if you lose your arms or Sidetorsos). Talking about Sidetorsos - is there a reason why you put so much Ammo into the Sidetorsos? If they explode - Byebye baby. Ok, i see, you couldnt put them at better positions because the Heatsinks are blocking space. Go for Stock Engine and you can reposition all the Ammo. Here is my Suggestion: Blagg
