Oh wow is this mech slow...^^ I wouldn't be happy piloting it. Right, an assault is never really fast but THAT slow? I would recommend to switch the 2 LBX to an AC20 to fit in a bigger engine because with that speed you gonna be eaten by lights. Here is an example. You can still modify the armor/ammo/DHS to fit in a STD 325 engine or else. I removed the AMS aswell because you are already protected by ECM and if you use cover you don't really need the AMS.
here are my changes taking Metherlence's advice, dropping to an LRM 10 and dropping the AMS as well but keeping the 2 lbx still gets a better engine. i think the question now really is whether 2xLBX and LRM 10 is , or = 1 AC20 and LRM 20; or does the question become what role is the 'mech intended to play? and my personal preference for the dual LBX's is geared towards the idea that i could maybe deal better with lights at close range with them than an AC20, but that may not be true at all. Still learning! :-D
