ACH-Prime 'Moar Alpha' (2xcSRM6, 2xcERMLas, 2xcERSLas, cECM)

For the tonnage it is hard to beat an alpha of 48 without sacrificing ECM. With low armor and lots of heat you probably want to get in and get out, rinse and repeat.
