Not quite how I'd do it, but the 5xUAC/5 1A has held out a lot better against PGI's nerfs than the 2A.
[IMG] Running the sneaky boi mark 2 (XL200, 2xSRM4, Stealth). Helped that an ebon jag obliviously stood in 2 strikes and I managed to catch a LRM...
Alternate build here Drops 10 engine rating for slightly higher DPS and being 50% less screwed if you lose your right arm
Blame PGI for buffing LRMs
Bonus: The BAS looks like the derpiest thing with one gigantic shoulder gun dedicated to a TAG [IMG]
They're trying to do damage control after the LRM velocity, ammo, and heat buffs pissed a lot of people off. cLRM60+ is an obscene amount of...
Rainy. Unless the agility PTS and the announced LRM rework both do really well we're looking at a Skill Tree/Engine Desync-level exodus of...
The PGI-endorsed meta. Thanks Chris. [MEDIA]
[IMG] Hex LRM15 and a TAG. Thanks Chris.
Mk I: Running as much firepower as a 50 tonner Mk II: Better but the MGs synergize poorly with the lasers. Mk III: See Mk I but with the additional...
[IMG] Running the 3xSRM2 stealth build
I don't have it fully skilled yet but I'd probably go for something like this
Still fun as hell, only thing that's really changed after all these years is the engine.
[MEDIA] "ST armor is for chumps" variant
[MEDIA] A Civil War spin on a classic build. Can also run XL300 for the same weight.
[MEDIA] Because some pilots just want to watch the world burn.
[MEDIA] An ERLL trader build since I didn't feel like buying a second Battlemaster to round out my long range deck. Range quirks? Check High mounts?...
Fun little mech for being an annoying little shit, really painful to play before you get those ECM nodes though
I usually disengage stealth armor once I'm committed to a fight.
The TC sees more use in a coordinated ERLL trading scenario you see sometimes in open, cold maps in FP. That said, I still take the TC in quickplay...
[MEDIA] Pros: Combination of stealth, hitboxes, quirks, and speed makes it very hard to kill Annoying as hell Cons: Pitiful firepower Most of...
[MEDIA] I've just played with this build before Laser vomit cheese And I know it's my time to post Memes aside, it's your standard laservom build...
STD270 variant's fun, I prefer to run it in FP when I know I'm getting a good brawl over QP though
The proper way to play a LRM boat. Personally, I'd run something like this, make it like the old Grimm Variant CPLT-C1 build on steroids. [MEDIA]
Definitely think it needs less ammo and more heatsinks now, really not a fan of how this build plays though, don't really have the speed to control...
Probably the most success I've had with this chassis, as much as I want to love the 2xLB20/LB10 build. [MEDIA]
LRM assault, poor weapon synergy. I'd propose ATMs but I'm struggling to fill 90 tons or find enough hardpoints to make a missile build with more...
Surprise, the Mad Dog is now an effective laser vomit mech.
After trying quad LB10 on the 1X and 2A, I like having the tonnage from stripping the arms to use on a snub, rather than a bunch of MLs.
I've had good success dropping the arm MPL for an ERSL and switching the engine out for an XL280 to run a little cooler.
