Here is my modification - after testing most balanced was just straight out switching the XL 315 for a STD 280, removing artemis and adding heatsinks...
I am still tweaking it - When I have the final kinks worked out I will post after more testing so its worthy of sharing.
I experimented with a more brawlerly (my own word) version of this - same load out but a STD 280 instead, no Artemis and more armor and HS - 16....
