Alternative CTF build uses the high hardpoints as main damage dealers for ridge poking. Highly survivable mid-range sniper with 2 low-slung backup lasers in the arm. If you don't care for the PPC velocity, switch the TC out for MASC or AMS.
Really like the design, but as you said I don't value the Velocity that much, especially as I already get 15% from skills, and don't really struggle to hit. I slapped on an AMS plus a 3rd ML instead.
