Sort of a hunter-killer type mech. HMLs for when you can melt armor in-range, the mobility of the mech then allows you to get positions to blow out structure points using the LB2Xs. Great for positioning for killing cored/open mechs. Suggest putting LB2X on weapon group 1 with chain fire, right HMLs on weapon group 2, and left ML on weapon group 3.
5/5, This is awesome. TBH the first build hat really works for me. First game - 660 dmg, 4 kills. I'm going to stick with this for my Pakhet. Made me 500k+. Very good first impression. PS (5 matches later): MAN THIS IS FUN, I was about to put the Hunstman into storage permanently because I was so frustrated with it. But this build is pure sweetness.
I'm about as far from an expert as it gets, but I switched out the three LB2Xs for two LB5Xs and it seemed to improve damage while saving weight overall. Granted, I didn't even play a real match with the 2Xs, so I could be wrong. I'm very new at this. Any particular reason why 3 of the 2Xs are better than 2 of the 5X? I love the build and I've finally found something I can do some decent damage with (and survive!), so if I'm doing it wrong then I'll gladly switch back.
Triple LBX2 will have more DPS (8.34 vs 6.01), tighter spread (0.35 vs 0.65), faster projectile speed (2000 vs 1330), longer range and likely causes more crits due to shooting more pellets.
That's awesome, because I've been wrecking with the 5X setup, so this should be even better. Thanks for the hard numbers and thanks to the TC for the build!
