Casual GAR-D "Photon-Shotgun" (6xcSPL, 10xcμPL)

Literal laser shotgun. Hide close until the brawl, when enemies are within 150-200m, charge them and just alpha, keep firing. There's a 0.4s difference between the uPL and SPL firing times which can be narrowed since the cooldown/duration skills are percentage based.

Very situational, but in a close fight can probably cause some serious carnage.

@Lorgot "better" is subjective, any increase in laser duration is more damage potentially spread where you don't want it, especially on fast mediums and lights.

Your build by far has better range synergy - mine will be more effective in a knife fight with cooldown and duration synergy~

 

I've seen this build work great. My personal preference is for the 6xSPL, 10xERuL, but I think this is equally good, you just have to really commit to the shorter range.
