So you COULD buy a HBK Grid Iron and get a 20% cooldown on your Gauss. But you get a slow engine and barely any room for backup lazors. The SHD-2D gets only 15% cooldown, but also 5 more tons. and nice hardpoints to make an asymmetric build. It also doesn't cost MC necessarily!
