Modified for my budget, 39SHS and an XL360. This thing cools down SO FAST. IT'S GLORIOUS. I'm averaging 700 damage per game with this thing! I did 500 damage on a loss, on Polar Highlands! Even when I lose a Side Torso I'm never in danger of overheating. *EDIT* Here we go, Domination on Frozen City: And yes, despite what I said I suicided. But! That's because I may or may not have accidentally Alpha'd all 8 lasers at once, and then hit my coolshots (after which I was still over 100% heat) and then killed a Nova that was rushing me before dying myself.
Well, actually moving to an XL400 is the smartest thing to do: you are not burning money for a downgrade and you won't have to do it again to "refit" the upgrade, plus you can reuse the cXL400 on another fit or later in the game. Instead of "Tax evader" it should be #NoPoorsHere
This should be even funnier in a Super Nova, but they have lower engine caps than the Marauder IICs for some reason. You can just bearly wedge nine HMLs into the KDK-5 with 39 SHS.
