I've only seen Rogue 1 and Doctor Strange. Doctor Strange had much cooler effects. I don't remember anything special about the FX in Rogue 1.
I thought "he" was still in the uncanny valley. It was pretty damn good but there was still something missing. Like he didn't have any mass to him or something.
yeah but honestly it is the most advanced technique till now what is possible with resurrecting "dead" actors.. it's a little bit scary somehow, don't you think? I had Goosebumps when i watched Rogue One and saw Tarkin & Leia ! added some Behind the Scenes VFX Clips.. Enjoy!
