Another result of frustrated seeking to fill up all the tonnage in a NTG. A very hot, but impressive sniper. If you are able to show decent trigger and weapon group control this mech will give you a lot of pleasure. Should you prove unable to dance on the overheat line it will cause frustration.
Unfortunately this build is not valid in game For some reason it is missing both upper arm actuators, which should not be removable (unlike lower arm and hand actuators). I think it is a problem with all NTG variants on smurfy. Just remove one DHS on the right arm and you're golden.
