    Welcome to MechSpecs! :)

Moving things around makes me able to mount another DHS, which are pretty crucial in a build where you have every weapon in the same range!

Would probably put all laser on the same arm to give better converging and sneak peek actions.

    Thx for the welcoming mates!

True on the extra DHS but I like to use full armor, but then again thats every pilot for himself ;)
same goes for the placement, You got a point enileph :) and it can also be handy for torso twisting.

I've done matches about 800- 900 damage in this build with the weapons cycled/ c-ERPPC togheter, c-ERLL together, and the c-LRM together,
Quite fun to play with this build, always on the move, bit whack a mole playing for the enemy :p

Sure, but you're losing 0.3 t of tonnage and your legs/head aren't likely to be hit anyway at that range (head at any range tbh) :) Leg focus is more of a brawling tactic. If you look in your games where you're most often losing armor and getting destroyed, that's likely not from losing legs in this particular setup, therefore the DHS probably gives you more benefit!

True that, and the chance to be in brawling at the start is most likely 0 and the end are most torso's and arms weak/torn into shreds.
    gonna try it out

Dogsoldier is a personel friend of mine, tried the build on my acc when he was over at my place and had some nice runs with this build. I'll defenitly be keeping my dire in this set up had 700-800 dmg runs from the begining ( if i wasn't to greedy and did not go full frontal XD)

    Thx bro!
Yea you need to have more patience when using this build, but once u do and you got a good team that backs you up, its defnitly damaging to the enemy

Can I ask you to give your weapons set up ? ..do you combine the tag with the lrms?

TAG has to be separate from the LRMs if you want to get the lock-on speed bonus without wasting your missiles.

I think I'd set up like this:

    LMB. ERLL (group)
    RMB. ERPPC (chained)
    3. LRM10s (group)
    4. LRM10s (chained)
    6. TAG (toggle macro/thumb button)

In case of a 3-button mouse:

    LMB. TAG
    RMB. ERPPC (chained)
    3. ERLL (group)
    4. LRM10s (group)

Chained LRM10 group is not a necessity, but can be useful in some suppression situations.
Direct fire burst weapons should be at an easily accessible location for optimal reaction time. So ERPPCs always on RMB, especially since they're mounted on the right. ERLL don't matter if they're fired a few ms later but more convenient om a moust button due to being part of the main long range weapons. LRM10s need preparation to fire with lock-on, so you can anticipate which button you have to press, which means they don't explicitly need a mouse button assigned.

    Perfectly said by Excalibaard :)

    this is my rig:

    LMB. ERLL (group)
    RMB. ERPPC (chained)
    3. LRM10s (chained)
    6. TAG (toggle macro/thumb button)
