    Astonishing this build isn't here yet, as it strikes me to be a fully meta GaussVomit build on a very tanky & jump capable mech including +30% CBill quirk. I was revisiting the BH2 section after more or less discouraging this one to a player asking if it was worth getting. I have to admit I myself prefer the Warhammer in MWO over the Marauders, but I am definitely willing to give this one a try as it looks pretty sweet on paper.

    The MLas are nicely quirked on this mech (+20% range, -5% energy heat) and there mounting a LPLas in addition ro them is meaningless simply because you can reach the same alpha strike capabilities by simply mounting the hyper-efficient MLas.

    I tested a Gauss + 7 MLas build as well and while that one is certainly viable as well it was a tad bit too hot for my likings.

    The AMS is supporting the survivability of the BH2 even more, and maybe it's right to removed one JJ in favor of up upping both the Gauss ammo and the AMS ammo by half a ton.

    As for modules I'd go for even more MLas range here while Gauss CD is a given.

    Great build with helpful explanation; thanks for posting!

    I have been running this build with 7 MLs and 6 MLs all evening with great success. I agree with your assessment that the 7 ML version runs a bit hot so I'll be using 6 ML from now on. I found myself needing the full 30 Gauss rounds too.
