64.2 KPH, 73.60 Alpha that you can fire twice without killing yourself, enough armor to put on an entire base, and the ability to zombie with 2Mplas left. What more could you ask for? (other than a ballistic weapons...) All I can say about this build's scare-factor wise is: Oh, that Atlas is going pretty fast... Probably an XL... *Shoots off right torso* Waitaminute... Oh... OH FUUUU- *Transmission End* Also full slottage!
I like the concept, other options: Least equipment and DHS possible on the shield side, and I feel like LL+ML have more synergy then ML+MPL, and you gain some range and cooling eff. The loss of the shielding side leads to minimal consequences, just -2 DHS. Same reasons, with MPLs Definely looks odd without the AC20, but I can see this working.
