Very similar to what Aylek and I were driving thus. 3xLPL. A true little monster. I however completely missed to consider the SRM option,... Played solo as well most of the time. Sadly yesterday evening was a complete run of bad matches. Many of the top players were in my bracket at that time so I either got rolled badly or had to fight to even get on a kill (at a certain point we even started apologizing to each other)
I tried the MG thingy as well but the fact you need to hold them on target permitted proper damage rolling, but which is vital in a Dragon. I considered a SRM4 + 1t (3t in total) [SRM6 has a huge spread and therefore works best <100m = nice finishing blow], but wasn't in the mood to change the speedy 3 LPL monster - certainly partly because it simply delivered good games for me. I think 3k+ rating would have been possible if not for working shifts.
Played one of the best games I have yet to play the other day in my DRG-FANG. The game was going against us hard until winamp threw out this tune; At which point I went fully Super Saiyan 9000, one of those times when you aren't in the zone you ARE the zone. Sadly my power levels weren't enough to win us through, owing to a dual gauss Vulture hiding back at his base eating all the packed lunches who was fresh as a daisy by the time I got round to him. Not many kills but frankly assists are just as good to me. Used this build of Aylek's which really is the way to go if you have a DRG-FANG if you ask me. EDIT: Actually it is slightly different with AMS, less cooling etc. but credit where credit is due.
