    Strengths
Completely neglecting the concept of ordinance and filling up its laser hard points with goodies, Mr. Giggles is certainly not your ordinary or expected TBT-5N. With an XL320 engine and all weapons in its arms, Mr. Giggles has incredible mobility at 114 kph with speed tweak, and the ability to fire at all sorts of annoying angles. With his speed, Mr. Giggles can easily give himself a close and advantageous position for a harassment brawler, deal his damage, and swiftly make his escape. Mr. Giggles can also light hunt rather well, serving bursts of laser fire to annoying light mechs.

    Loadout Explanation
The Large Pulse Lasers that Mr. Giggles dual wields are excellent for such a fast medium. Compared to the immediate PPC alternative, they can be fired at point-blank, don't require a trickly lead on light mechs, have a higher maximum DPS, and generate less heat. They also share a similar range and firing rate with the two medium lasers, generating a strong 31.2 damage alpha every approximate 4 seconds.

    Weaknesses
It is unfortunate that Mr. Giggles isn't a TBT-5J, otherwise he could have jumpjets after sacrificing a heatsink. His damage also sharply decreases after 300 meters, disappearing completely at 600. Having all weapons in the arms and an XL engine makes Mr. Giggles rather frail and unable to zombie, though at near maximum armor and with good mobility he isn't terribly lacking in bulk. Finally, Mr. Giggles only carries 14 double heatsinks, and is thus prone to overheating on hot maps.

    Personal Experience
Mr. Giggles is the first mech I've used Large Pulse Lasers in, after a frantic build experimentation, trying to find a TBT-5N setup that would work for me. When I tried the Large Pulse Lasers, it was only for the giggles, but the results were remarkably surprising. Mr. Giggles seems to perform best on HPG Manifold. The vertical maze of ramps provides many angles from which Mr. Giggles can harass or finish off a mech. While my description and notes makes it sound like I use and intend this mech for the frequently detrimental lone wolfing, this is hardly what I use it for. I make sure to coordinate my harassment bursts with the attacks of other mechs, and check that there is a lance or group that I can easily return to.

Incidentally, I was tempted to make this a TBT-5J build, as that tends to be the Trebuchet for pure laser builds, but as this build is on my TBT-5N, and since I already uploaded a TBT-5J build, I went with the 5N.

I've played a couple of laser-only builds on the 5N, and they all sorta work fine, but I also feel like they'd work better on a Wolverine. That said, they work perfectly well for leveling the mech. For a change of pace, you can also slap 3LL in the right arm, drop down to a 315 engine, and shuffle some armor around and play more of a corner-peeking role.

    4/5,
A decent build for those who prefer lasers to missiles.
