My favorite TBR build on the EBJ. The arm is high enough so I opted to put the gauss in the arm instead of the RT for an asymmetric build. Try to use it mainly for medium range dancing.
I rearranged things a little because I like the high torso Gauss mount. Plus I traded 2 of the cMPLs for cERMLs for a bit more range and a bit more heat efficiency. I'll test to see if it's a good trade. Originally I had an extra heat sink in the shield arm but my OCD wouldn't let me leave it there
Aye, on any other chassi I would have picked the ST mount like you suggest, but the EBJ holds the arms so high up that it doesn't cost you very much to free up the entire right side for shielding... and the arm lets you pitch the aim more too. A matter of taste I guess.
The side torso ballistic mount is in the pod, so it shoots from above cockpit level. As are energy slots 2 and 3 on the left. I was running mine like this: It looks like this:
i prefer it with 4 med pulses instead of 5, it seems like itd be hot with 5. This way, i have a 1.37 heat efficiency and 4 tons of gauss ammo for when i dont loose my mech in CW.
