More optimised for funny than effective. The AC5 is basically to give you something to do and the cAP and TC1 are to fill up spare tonnage
My own Version of that Mech, i dropped the TC and the AC as well for a LPL and more Ammo. Because the Streaks dont tend to go for a certain Part of the Mech (its totally random) you need far more Ammo for that. So i go for 1k Ammo here basicly. Of course you can drop that if you want it, it depends on the Playstyle after all.
