So after working with the R variant for the Resistance Challenge, I figured I better start working on the other two variants I have so that I can start eliting and mastering them. I wasn't sure what exactly to do with the 5h but once I realized it has two high mount energy hard points, I decided to build another wub machine because they are just so much fun. This is the first build I came up with, and the results from my very first match with it. I think I am going to stick with it for a bit.
Looks nice. However, I'd substitute the MPLas for regular MLas, add another DHS and max out the torso armor.
I may try that if I start having problems with this load out, but so far It is brilliant. I use two weapon groups to keep things simple on the mouse. I use the two high mounted LPL on group 1 and everything else on group 2. On hot maps and heat neutral maps I chain fire group 2 keeping the heat down a bit. On cold maps I can get two to three alphas off before overheating, however I carry a cool shot 9x9 in the consumables that will get me an extra 1 or 2 alphas depending on the map and if needed. Oh and it does have full armor in the torsos. Where are you seeing that it doesn't?
