my unit bitches a blue streak whenever anyone suggests we switch to clan. So currently not an option unless I was to leave them...
Fuck the clans. 24 done and the day off tomorrow so I'll try to drop 8 tomorrow to leave me 8 over tues to thurs.
What's funny is that I always imagine a stereotypical clanner with a nasaly British accent saying " Freeborn scum, prepare for battle!". EDIT: I remember now, that voice is from one of the Jade Falcon commanders you fight in MW4 Mercs.
oooo, I just got exposed to the fun of a unit spawn camping and then trash talking us because it's our faults they are pricks. It was quite enjoyable to spend 45 minutes waiting to join that game.
I hate getting defense on Sulphurus Rift. Every time, I KNOW where the attack is coming. I tell the team where it's going, I tell them where to go to blunt it: C2. And every time. Every fucking time. They back away from C2 and let the enemy take it, and we have a dropship get farmed. Nothing annoys me more than people who can't follow simple instructions
I play IS, Steiner to be precise. What annoys me the most is the waiting.... and then the clan guys always complaining about how op the IS is. Seems weird to me coming from guys that only use Streakcrows, Pulsecats and mean Lokis. And I confirm what've been said so far: The worst trashtalkers (aka arrogant pricks) are the Units that tend to stomp their enemies... (I'm looking at u QQ). But I can't complain. The unit I'm playing with is actually at spot #2. I had 32 valid matches so far and we lost only 5.
10 done, not actively chasing this event due to queue times. We've rolled with Dudes and 331, a full twelve is a lot more enjoyable and the only risk of getting reset in queue is by client crash. The wait and resets are the main issues, otherwise I'd happily do some more and advance in ranks.
I am at 26 now but had to stop playing yesterday in the evening because I simply couldn't stand the waiting times anymore. Well, I guess there goes my goal of completing it all as I only have some short evenings left for playing. The 50th's point reward would have paid nicely for the new XL280 I bought for my shiny new QKD-IV4.... but well, 4 evenings should suffice to safely reach that 40 point secondary goal to claim the Banshee (C).
Funnily enough, in one of the last drops yesterday we had 30+ IS teams lined up vs 7 Clans. In queue, waiting for a available slot in the 63 sectors. I would love some demographics of regular vs event CW warfare.
I don't know I drop called an all solo match last night and everyone listened or followed. We won thankfully. Plus @Vundar was on my side so had to listen to my voice which was amusing...
QQ were real pro's when we played them. 4 20 were garbage talkers. Not sure what it says about you when your game play consists of being a 12 man and trash talking 12 solo players....
I guess part of it is just smacktalk to further insecure enemy forces more than they already are when facing a reknowned powerful opponent. But with many players my bet is it's just plain arrogance.
On 4 out of 5 for me Lost everyone, everyone has been close. I play Clan pugs. Still average a score of 250 despite the losses. Best one was getting drop called by a group of two, both of which sucked at it and in the post game screen one had 7 assits and only 400 damage. The other a little better, but both failed to score above 80.. Still I got the killing blow on 2/3 gens. Need to change up my drop deck. Not sure what to go for though!
The 5-point reward. Is ist a cockpit item, or a badge like Founders or the Mech packs? (Would prefer that.) Had no time to look for it yet, as I'm just grinding, grinding, grinding as soon as I get time on my home PC...
Am I the only one who was wondering about the date of the battle displayed on that banner (June 6, 3052)? Does it mean we can expect a smallish jump in the timeline (Bushwacker, Falconer and so on?!?), or should I rather discard that idea?
