This build takes advantage of the following quirks: ERLL Range +20% Energy Cooldown +12.5% Modules: I suggest the ERLL range and ML cooldown. Mid to long range is where you shine. You have a respectable range of 891m with your 3x ERLL + Range 5 module. Through chainfire you can keep the pressure on with your nearly 1 second cycle. No one can escape your strikes of justice! Despite being a second line mech, you can close-in and absorb some damage for the team if necessary. Your whole right side can be used to tank. Brawl with the 3ML to stay heat efficient. For two; To maximize it's quirks. And to keep me out of trouble. Heh. This way I'm more inclined to stick to ERLL for range and ML for brawling due to the faster cooldown.
