Almost the same loadout I run:

 

Don't know how I missed that energy hardpoint.

Pretty much same as what I use but moved the LL into the Torso for some zombie.

 

My version is SLOW compare to you guys, wow. I have AMS though, and fullish armor.

 

Yup. This is the best 5SS build out there. I just whacked a Battlemaster from full with 3 alphastrikes and killed him just as I shut down.

 

For me, this is a bit of an awkward variant as far as hard-points go. Almost all energy on a mech this heavy... Seems like a hot coffin. Or an AWS. Not enough speed to make effective use of cover to cool down, not enough DHS to save you. However, this build is the best she gets. You can do some decent sniping with PPCs in the right shoulder with that EPIC high mount, but, this is still the way to go. Run hot, run coolshot.

This is how I roll. I put the large lasers in the arm actually. I use target info to look for open compartments or weak arms and dual Lrg laser to pop em open. Lots easier to target that bubble on a weak spot than the torso reticle. And I can jack up lights as they run by. Had one match with 18 component destruction.

 

Went a slightly different route with mine. 2 Choices, one with AMS 1 without.

 

Almost the same as schnaetz's version, but i put my LLas in the higher right Shoulder hardpoints for better Ridge-Sniping. The rest is almost identical. Btw fantastic weaponloadout! I love Laserboats

 

The Laser Warrior is a close to medium range protector. It has good survivability, good mobility, and good heat. The two large lasers are positioned at eye-level and it is important to use it to your advantage.
