Just a FYI: Now activatable in 30 day slots according to Nikolai Lubkiewicz on twitter. Currently running time will carry on running unfortunately... Its doable on the website under profile - can anyone confirm that its doable via the launcher?
Official announcement is up on launcher feed and main site. Confirmed that activation of 30 days [720 hours] button exists on website. They make it clear that: -this only applies to banked time, which is usually only acquired from preorders as other methods of Premium Time activate immediately (such rewards from challenges, purchased with MC) -the button will activate all remaining banked time if your banked total is less than 720 hours So the takeaway is that it's an extra perk for those who do pre-orders and similar promotions, but doesn't add anything to running premium time or regular premium time purchases (because they will still activate immediately). This may change in the future, but until they announce the ability to purchase banked premium time outright I wouldn't hold my breath.
They really need to allow us to activate it with a granularity of 24 hours. They do that, and I'll actually use my premium time. I might even (gasp!) but more.
No chance that's going to happen. The premium time is like a MMO sub (ain't it about the same price for that matter, perhaps a bit cheaper). No MMO i know has (in the West, Chinese games have different sub-types) less than full month subs, and they cannot be paused.
