Dont know if i am blind or what, but i have not found this build here... Have seen few people using this build with regular LLas... Its my most favourite mech ever, i play 80% matches with it and enjoy every game! few latest games:
Funny enough I reached a similar setup myself and I like it quite a lot. Gives better flexibility in CQC maps, at the cost of long range reach in big ones. But the wonder note is the SSRMs, with the standard ERLL loadout I always feel I'm at a severe disadvantage if I'm given chase by a light...now they turn around as soon as the first missile salvo hits their face. Which is kinda nice. I don't feel confortable with that sacrifize in armor, however. I dropped a heatsink in exchange for raising the ammo levels, I also moved the weaponry, right now is very uneven in it's placement. The ERLL is a sniping weapon so no real need to have it in the arm, while MLs will see use at shorter ranges where that extra elevation/Depression might be key. Also, if I happen to lose my right arm, I'll still have strong firepower and reach if the ERLL is in the torso. So I moved both MLs to the arm, and the ERLL to the right torso. It requires a bit more caution with heat management, holding a bit on the use of the ERLL when at close quarters, but 38% heat management is way more than enough, and I think the extra survability of the armor pays off in the long run.
I simply need that ERLLas in arm because i snipe mostly from high position or someone above me... I mostly die with 60% - 40% armor and i remember only few matches when i lost my arm and fought with streaks and one mlas...
My favourite build for 3L by far, for the first time ever I feel that a light mech can deal proper damage to make a difference in a match.
