You sit back at around 750m, and tag people up while hitting em softly with your ERLLs. Upgrade to DHS when you've the money. Which, if your team isn't too bad, you'll rack up lots on assists and damage done.
The weapon loadout is good, but the mech is awfully built. First, always upgrade the structure before he armor! (edit: arg, it's already upgraded by default... yet another horribeul stock mech, why should I be surprized ) Anyway, since you have 18 free slots you can upgrade both. You also need to get rid of the default engine and upgrade to DHS as soon as possible. As well as maxing the armor.
right now im running . yeah i needta save up for DHS and endo before i can be halfway viable, but damnit that narc moves sooo slowly
Same thought: you need to upgrade the engine ASAP. XL280 is a very common engine, even though it might seen expensive you will be able to use it on multiple mechs. (that's how I run my Raven, good spotter) (it has DHS because I made other builds before, but it's not required for a single ERLLas)
Ahh ok. BTW epikt, how do you do your weapon groupings? For me right now i've got 1) tag 2) NARC 3) ERLL and it seems difficult to coordinate properly... also is BAP worth it? *shrug* seems to be neither here nor there so in my current build i have it still in.
I have ERLLas on left mouse button, NARC on right mouse button and TAG on left-shift (I can keep it pressed with my little finger). About the BAP: since you have an ECM your BAP won't counter enemy ECM. It will only give you the sensor bonus. I don't think it worth the tonnage in this situation.
