LOL! Gangster build, but I can't help but look at energy-based Summoners as inferior in comparison to their friend the Timber Wolf. If you can get over that stigma, then of course this build rocks!
@zaepp you want to leave a reason here at least why you downvote this build with 1Star (= totally useless build)? I wonder because i`ve seen you use cERPPCs in your own builds. Is it something personal against Soy?
Interesting. I thought elections should be general, direct, free, equal and secret. hear: Indeed, I take ONE cERPPC on most of my builds. Regarding this particular build: - bad weapon placement - lack of leg armor - ghost heat For the sake of the OP I upvoted the build to "poor".
Yes voting is free No it is not secret It used to be but then we had a rash of people running around 1 starring anything that wasn't one of their own builds or just to be a prick. Several people lobbied for a system that allows for transparency; they donated money towards the development costs and we implemented it. However, that being said... Anyone is free to vote on any particular build however they want to. If you want to 1 star it then you 1 star it but it is considered good form to leave a reason as to why or how improvements can be made. Also, nobody should feel obligated to explain themselves when called out. If you feel like you are being persecuted then please file a report; I will get the email and will log in and sort it out.
you are right, Clan ERPPCs are doing some Spreaddamage. I forgot. It`s not 45 Pinpoint, rather around 30. Thank you for the hint.
