SMN-P "Longbow" (1x cLRM10+A, 2x cERLL, 2x cLRM5+A, 2x cAMS, cAP)

Could be a D variant with B parts, or vice-versa, so I called it a prime with both.

My concept is something with long range capabilities, using ERLL and LRM in tandem. Multiple missile pods are there to offset the streaming effect of clan missiles. Dual AMS should be helpful, too.

The low LRM ammo quantity is due to it not being a primary weapon on its own.

 

Why are you running an LRM10, and a pair of LRM5s with Artemis instead of a single LRM20+A? That's 1.5 tons of savings and a jump in cooling efficiency.

You could condense it into a LRM20+A in the torso, change the arm to a D, drop the half ton of AMS ammo and get a pair of ER Mediums.

 

So far the clan LRM20 isn't working well for me. The stream of missiles takes too long to hit target, giving them time to seek cover and allowing AMS more opportunity.

 

I've tweaked it a tad and it's working well. I swapped the c-lrm10 for a third c-lrm5, allowing a 4 tons lrm ammo and two tons of AMS, with some armor finessing.
