played a 1k damage in my first game, it feels beasty cant wait to have it mastered with better cooling as soon as you have an enemy within 450m you shoot lrm's and MLas the heat for the lrm's is between 0-6% per cycle, which works very nice, so you can shoot nearly forever even on the hotter maps if you shoot them all at once you tend to get quite some more heat, but it still works quite well if someone thinks to tackle you closrange you have 2 funny MG's to help the crits the MG's are as well a very nice backup weapon if you happen to run out of LRMs (which didnt happen in the first game) my weapongroups are: 1. MLas 2. Tag 3. MG 4. LRM and the screenies of my very first game =):
This build is great and is easy to manage heat. I got an average damage of 700 to 800 on the first 4 match I played with it.
Running basically the same build, allthough I've got artemis and just two c-ermlas, no TAG and only one JJ. My groups are: 1 - c-ermlas 2 - c-mg 3 - c-lrm10+a linked 4 - c-lrm10+a chained It melts face! 5/5
Personally, this build is the best of my timberwolves by far. With the Tusker and Lazerwolf a k/d of 1.5 to 2 is good and respectful, but this just blows everything out the water at 3 to 4. It is also extremely balanced at all ranges; beggining of the game LRMs soften everything up, medium range at mid game the lasers come into play and then when everyone's struggeling at the end the MGs just tear unarmoured mechs appart. I did change the placement of the TAG though into the left arm as it is wasted in the right torso. Can now tag at hight elevations! Danish
Was running a similar build, but with 4x cERML, no MG and 1x JJ only. Cramped in some more DHS and ammo. Did quite well.
