Get yourself some Endo and you can upgrade to a tasty UAC and boost some ammo. Remember, your mech uses ammo top-down. So, if you're putting anything into the torsos, make sure it's evenly spread for each weapon so that you spend that ammo first, reducing your risk for an engine detonating ammo explosion! Ow. I doubt I'll pay for the Hero, but, looking over the mech's hardpoints, I see a lot of potential.
I kinda fail to see the point why you would use this build except for the XL400 speed, but that ain't much higher than the stock XL380 due to diminishing returns.
This build has the weapons of a shadowhawk with the speed and turning of an atlas but none of the unique qualities of either, the 400xl is a pointless engine at this point in time at least, not really viable for anything when half your weight is wasted on an engine to gain an extra 5kph
