I´ll have a try at this, but my post may be worthless (if so... sorry, since this is the first one in section I have no idea what is the intention). I have painted one of my Mechs with the colors of my country (Brazil), just for the kicks. Of course it is kind of anti-camouflage, sort of "shoot me please", but still: Does anyone else is out there bringing shame to their countries???
The mountain line camo pattern could work great for countries who's flags are made up of horizontal stripes. (Russia, Argentina, Colombia, etc.)
Might also have to paint up a Canadian one, mountain line would be good for any flag with 3 sections, the Canadian flag is red white red...not horizontal bars but it would still work i think
No pictures just now but I must admit I have a large number of Blue and White mechs hanging around. Im from Scotland.
From the netherlands, so the colors would be red white and blue, and the color of the royal family is orange. and surprisingly enough, now I think of it I have orange white and dark blue on all my mechs (not going to buy more colors)...
Whilst being part of HHoD, my country colours were the officious unit colours (Black, Yellow, Red) It didn't look too bad, but in the end I stepped away from it.
Yes, Ireland. Of course, Ivory coast is just reversed colors, Niger's spot wouldn't be representable, and India has the blue...
red, yellow, red.... no way! On most mechs this would mean a yellow CT. That screams: "SHOOT ME HERE, PLS!"
I grew up in South Africa, I live in USA and half of my family is in Bosnia-Herzegovina and Serbia so... No idea what to paint my mechs.
Time to change all those unit coloured mechs particularly as the person who pushed them went awol almost immediately after.
