(on edit: This was the first build I tried in the GI, it didn't work out. Look down below for the new config I'm running, which is reflected in the subject line above.) Here's the first build I came up with. Its got good speed and hits pretty hard. Like Brian Urlacher, it can provide devastating coverage allover the midfield. And yeah, I painted it blue and orange.
I've updated my build. That XL engine proved to be too much of a liability for my play style with this load out. If I was sniping with this build, say 2xAC/2, I'd keep it. So I downgraded the engine to a standard 240 which is decent speed, and downgraded the AC/10 to AC/5. Works great. The AC/5 runs as a good longish, midrange weapon (I'm a crappy shot), and then I use the MLs and SRM when closing. What's fun is people go after the hunch and rob it, but they aren't taking the majority of my weapons off. Still having 2xML and SRM6 for mid and late game brawling is much better than just having 2xML left over on the 4G when the hunch gets popped. I'm pleased with my stats in this mech. Here it is: http://mwo.smurfy-net.de/mechlab#i=133&l=076d6501abf049cde1f1fa132c47cde3fe8272fd
I also don't run Bears colors in it any more the paint scheme was too lurid and attracting attention. Its all one color now, so its hard to see the awesome skin, but, perhaps, players mistake it for another Hunch like the 4G.
