#MWO Solo and Dev Challenge

Snow globe will be easy to get. Killing a dev though... That's interesting.

 

It is more a matter of luck of the drop (actually finding one) than it is actually killing one. One or two of them are competent but if it is PUG drops no sweat.

 

They may be not so hard to kill, but there are eleven other pilots trying the same thing.
(What about team kills? )

If I teamkill a dev, do I get the shiny medal?

 

I wouldn't be surprised if that counts. After all there is weird buggy and not so well implemented stuff in the scoring system!

 

~500 matches of pure PUGing and I've seen PGI factioned players/devs a total of 3 times. Going to be tough unless they decided to tell their entire staff to play MWO non-stop over that period.

 

or they can just ask their kids to play for them.

 

Oooo, so they'll be piloting catapults and be standing still?

 

I say if you are on the DEV's team, and he lives through it the whole team gets the medal colored silver, but if you actually kill one you get a nice shiny gold one.

has ANYONE gotten the dev kill prize? I have been playing more for it, and not a single person that i asked has seen a dev.

 

I haven't seen a single Dev yet myself either and I played a good number of games yesterday. Prizes like that I look at as Unicorn Trophies because, well, its XMas Holidays. Good luck seeing the Devs play regularly.

 

I've had roughly 180 games played since this started and seen 1 dev 1 time. So pissed I didn't get it - there were 3 of us firing on him and I had ML's on him when he died but the credit went to another.

 

I got it the other night but didn't realize it actually went through.



The Dev was in a Griffin and I ran right at him. We lost... but I won.

 

I saw one dev. He was on my team.

 

Indeed. I put mine inside my Jester along with a bobblehead who's name I cannot speak. It's fond of nuts.

 

so weird... i had 4 wins in Skirmish this morning and they dont show on my challenges

is the 12 wins only for Assault and Conquest?
