I´ve noticed a significant increase on the lethality of LRMs on this last patch. It seems that with the trajectory and changes to artemis, LRMs are now concentrating their damage much more (and usually in torso). Did anyone else feels the same? Have you guys revised your builds to go back to LRMs or bring the AMS out again? I, for one, had AMS almost gone from my Mechs since ECM got around, now it seems you need it to provide cover for those moments you are running from cover/bubble to cover/bubble as even one salvo of LRM can take you down.
I've always always always tried to have an AMS system on board my mechs. It's very rare that I allow myself to be caught without one unless I'm just playing for shits and giggles trying out new stuff. Yes, I HAVE noticed a large increase in the usage of LRMs since the last major patch; especially on Caustic and on Alpine. If anyone has any issues updating their builds using the new mechlab please let me know and I will show you how it's done (or may a guide on what to do if you want to update your shiznit)
