    I don't believe in brawlers
    I don't believe in snipers
    I don't believe in LRMboats
I don't believe in absorb damage
    I don't believe in IGP
    I just believe in me
    Atlas D-DC and me

    -It is a hybrid mechanism.
-His arms are low and because of that LRMs are good to prevent premature exposure.
-LRMs can be used in an active way, yes!
-Ac/20 and LLas are always efficient.
-Shoot at targets far above or far below him (LRM20 and 2x LLas).
-It is less stressful to use, and, very fun!
    -It has plenty of ammunition.
-Smart placement of ammunition and armor points. (watch the full loadout).
    -Performs relatively cold.

    * However, a note: do not takes a BAP, so it is good to use appropriate modules. Adv target decay, capiture accelerator and adv. sensor range (too adv. zoom or adv. seismic sensor) work fine for me ...

I only disagree on your Last point
. For me 15+ heatsinks pls for AC20+ 2xLLas. But the concept is good though personally i fear Atlases with BFG+Triple.SRM much more.

Yes, one of the biggest problems of setting up an atlas is that it can take as much firepower and because of this, does not operate in good thermal conditions to manage this. The "King Cobra", however, does not run so hot compared to the average of builds Atlas posted on this forum. My intention was also to create a variant that worked well in "all" maps, including Alpine and other open map. I would add that in most classic battletech atlas usually takes LRMs (can be used not only for indirect fire, but often for direct fire and with great effect!, one elegant config :D.

Well, I also believe in pushing the boundaries of a mechanism to the max, then shaved 1 ton of armor on arms, legs and a little bit in the cockpit to fit another DHS, bringing the total to 14 DHS seems to have the same offset. I think this variant is now with the minimal armor level viable in an atlas (16 points in cockpit, 50 legs, 52 arms and the rest of the components is with full armor). What do you think of that?

With the additional heat sink and modification in armor.

This is another, more sophisticated version. Regards the number of tubes of the launcher: the combination 1x LRM10 + 2x LRM5 fires a dense cloud of missiles, a package with 20 missiles (if you wait for all load time), causing more damage to mechs with AMS. I switched AC/20 for a AC/10, the changes in missile launchers and added a BAP (to improve more the performance LRM). This is a very specialized mechanism, ideal for "Caustic Valey" and other long maps. Ty!

    Look the full loadout...

Seems as if you're looking for a flexible build which is good at all ranges, is based on AC20 + 2x LLas and includes some LRMs. How about this one?

Hi! Aylek and readers fellows! I think a LRM10 is insufficient to influence effectively in combat, and 2x SSRM2 the same case (3 or more is best). Has its advantages, can mark targets while approaching their future victims, I had made a loadout for the boars head with 6 ML, 1 AC20, 18 DHS and 1 LRM10, standard structured with the same principle, and seems to me a great idea; I'll start try to influence the game as I approach (for the bear hug), however... Know the concept of synergy? when the whole is better than the sum of its parts? A good setting has a great synergy, weapons (and equipment) combine perfectly and perform a magnificent job! The mystery is how to make it work ... Well, this is just an exchange of ideas. I propose that we continue the discussion on these and other builds. Even more! Ty and see later.
