Pretty straight forward design. Also, this build is viable on most other Orion platforms on the off chance you can't figure out how to build one out. Basically, engage at maximum range (you went for an XL but not speed) and don't fire all the lasers at once. I don't even have maximum efficiencies on this guy and he runs pretty cool for me.
