I've been running this for a while and it's killer. Ammo can be and issue though I have run out only once. The 3XSRM2 makes the fastest firing SRM6 without need for ARTEMIS and the AC/10 makes for a great main. You should be in the heat of things or making your way there make this mech shine.
If you're going to run 3xSRM2 for a quick/more accurate SRM6, you should have a lot of weapons backing it up. A single AC10 will not do much and as a result the potential damage output is worryingly low. Besides that the mech is slow and poorly equipped with ammo. Replacing the STD engine with an XL would be a good idea, zombieing with one SRM2 will not do much but equipping a XL300 or XL325 will get you speed and tonnage, for at least a medium laser, better survivability and enough ammo.
I don't have a problem doing 300-400 damage or more every game with this. There is 850 possible damage, the trick is putting it where it needs to be. It may not be a great zombie but with one side blown off it's nothing to sneeze at. I always play pug games so maybe this isn't a build to bring on your 12v12 but I have yet to find a load out as fun. PS. I changed the ammo, that was my mistake
I kinda like the fast-firing SRM6 idea. Puts the AC10 and SRMs on the same cooldown, which is kinda nice (if only from an OCD "OMG symmetry" perspective). But I agree that it needs more firepower overall. Maybe: Gives you a bit more poke at range, before you get to work with the SRMs and AC10 up close. Also, you have something to fire if your ammo runs out.
