BLR-1S "The Duke" (4x LLas, 4x SSRM, BAP, XL375)

For the 1S I ended up with this build, its relatively fast and performs well at medium to close range. LLas grouped 2x2.

There is also the option to reduce the engine and squeeze in LPLas and/or PPC if you like to juggle heat.

I just came up with almost this exact build in Smurfy (when I should be working!).

My build is a little different as I have a smaller engine, one more heatsink, one more ton of ammo and less armor.



Yours is a better build if you have the cash for an XL375 lying around though.

 

The Duke is a savage! this is on caustic too where I had to watch out for heat.

 

This is easily my fav BLR build... i've hit a 1k game with it also, and several 600+ games. super high placement of the energy slots makes it a great peek/sniper

 

Going to give this alteration a try. Less range, but better pin-point damage and STD engine for brawling.
