I ended up switching to an XL340, and dropping the ER PPC down to a regular PPC. Gives a speed boost, and because of the AC2s and PPC, you don't want to be near the front line anyway, so an XL engine isn't as much a problem. Also gives the tonnage for max armor. Here is my build. BLR-1D (XL 340)
As it stands, you're a few good leg shots away from emulating a Davion wedding (Kaboom). I suggest either embracing your fragility and swap in an XL, or adding CASE. Also, this build runs insanely hot. Even with all efficiencies unlocked, the 'mech will shut down in 6 seconds. By trading your ER PPC and MLases away for MPLases and DHSes, you extend that to 9 seconds. Still damn short, but at least you'll have good self-defense weapons. Regardless, bring up the armor on the CT, borrow it from the head or something. Maybe balance the armor forward if you find you're having that problem.
