SDH-2H "Tinkerbell" (1x AC10, 1x MLas, 3x SSRM2, XL275)

High mounted AC/10 allows low risk thumping. SSRM + ML fends off everything else.

 

Have you played with this config yet? How squishy is this mech with an XL?

 

thats why I was lil bit scared to go XL with my build because of the large armament shoulder which is very vulnerable to damage and would = death if someone were to take it down.

With a STD engine I've gotten my mech well below 30% hp consistently its very impressive

Ill give this build a shot when I get home. I would like to run this with a STD engine, but probably wont till I at least have speed tweak.

 

It's not bad if you play it right. I tend to keep my distance, relying on the AC10 for as long as possible and reserve closing in until later in the match when I'm more likely to get a quick kill. I've only played 3 matches however, so YMMV.

 

That's a huge factor for me right now. I only have 2/8 of the basic skills unlocked at this point.
