This is a semi troll build. Group your lasers into groups based on arms and you can fire one of the arms pretty much indefinitely. Good heat management even with both arms going (even better if you stagger them a bit).
That's obscene. I'm a little terrified that an Atlas (with speed tweak) can run faster than a stock Hunchback (without speed tweak).
Your Saints: 23 DHS/superior Cool Efficiency STD380/superior Speed high Laser-Firepower in one Alpha-Blow without breaking the Heat Penalty Rule Your Sins: way too low Armor (Arms & Legs!!!?) low DPS not using the Ballistic Slot/losing the Arms = no Firepower not using the Missile Bay/losing the Arms = no Firepower no AMS (very unsexy Title) Overall i rate this Build 2 of 5 Stars. The Idea of having a high Deathstar-Shot is not bad, and having high Speed is great, plus 23 DHS this seems to be excellent. BUT: Compared to an AC20+2xLLas+4xMLas+SRM6 Build, this loadout is very inferior. Just imagine, your opponents is smart enough to take out your arms, then what? Run for Cap? No, this is not a good idea. And with those low Armor, especially on the Arms (?????????), you will lose those Arms very quickly. Maybe you try to drop something at least to upgrade the Armor.. and no i don't like Stalkers with only 2xLPLas & 4x MLas.
Blagg, I completely agree, this was a build just for having some fun. The fact that it has no ballistics is a major downside, however if you get frozen city or river city this build is super fun. The ample cover the buildings provide is amazing for popping out and frying XL based jaggers and ilyas. The AC20 (or gauss) based builds are much for viable for every day play. The name can also use some work, my initial name was going to be 'That's no moon'
