That aside, cringe build, cringe tactic, cringe pilot. Oh I suppose you just raid their base then?

 

It was conquest, we were on our way for sigma. We often meet lonely snipers/LRM on this route, they always lose

 

I know, but I also notice the lone light I can usually find running through this route, so I am happy when I am running a light hunter medium there.

 

I saw a couple doozies tonight as I played (screenshots all bugged out for some reason and won't open )...

First was a Firestarter H...with an AC20. My Cataphract D, which isn't elited, could almost keep up with him...he died in a hail of laughter and gunfire.

Then I saw a Catapult (can't remember which model) who must have accidentally hit play without saving his build. His loadout? One medium laser. Nothing else. /facepalm

That's vaguely tempting to see how it would perform.

 

It would be a pretty darn fast and well armored zombie at the very least.

 

I would be tempted to try a "Walls-out Balls-Out" version... With a high end STD engine, it's not a terrible idea.

Just met this guy.
Fight was around Theta, most of our team was dead now, and he was near epsi with his friend, pretty much untouched. Said he was chasing a firestarter... at first I didn't look at his build but waouh!



When I told him it was horrible, he assured me it was on the contrary absolutely fantastic. No comment.

 

This one´s also good! He really stormed into us solo. Dead in some few seconds! I mean, if he had some Atomic Bomb in his Pockets, it would have maken sense.

 

It's the stock build. Very low armor, no weapon,... all tonnage taken by a massive STD320

 

I see so many 2x LRM20 Atlases recently.. what`s all with the Atlas Pilots? Seems they don`t like to Brawl at the front.. :sleep:

Chasing a Firestarter? How?
The build would be quite ok actually, for a fast Kintaro/ShadowHawk, although Mine have 2x LLas with it.
My guess is that he waste most of his tonnage on a fast STD engine.
