You just need to be very close. Challenging to play from a range and positioning standpoint, but it can have good results. Certain maps will be extremely punishing. You have a fair amount of freedom with the skills, so take double strikes to get some damage from range early in the game and tag some assists. Double UAVs is also an option after maximum armor, structure, speed, seismic and whatever else you want.
I am having fun with this. The extended face time can be an issue for return damage. Definite 1k potential if you can get inside of 150 meter and stay alive. Spoiler
