EDIT-I realized that I vastly preferred PPCs to ERPPCs for this build, so I updated both for the new patches.
danm it OP, I was going to make this mech into a top of the flop... Guess I'll just have to add more PPC's :whacko:
The problem with this is that the Cicada is A) bigger than the raven by a fair bit, and B) only has torso energy mounts, which greatly limits your fire arc and tracking speed. If you are actually sniping, small size and arc flexibility are more important than slightly more armor and heat efficiency.
