With those two energy hardpoints you could do a peaky-pokey weirdo ERLL, LPL, or ERPPC build. But that is lame. Use a Cougar, Adder, Kitfox, or Jenner for that lame stuff. For the Incubus, you want to get right in there and RAAAAAAHHHH knife fight them to death quickly. Skirmish high DPS short range insanity. Yeah!!! _ You can short range duel against pretty much any light pretty confidently, and any medium, heavy, or assault that you can get the drop on or that ignores you for more than 3 seconds is going to be feeling some serious hurt.
