An ECM short range laser boat with MASC. Not as many hardpoints as a Piranha, but way more armor and cooling.

You can run micropulse lasers, but I find the ER Micros sync up better with range and cool down.

 

This is a legit decent build I see running around on the Black Lanner everynow and then. I just got a Black Lanner pack, going to give it a whirl.

 

Great build, I specced into getting the speed tweaks, ecm, and some survivability so far and my games have generally been pretty good with it.
