5/5, I have used the build and it works very well for me. It's very similar to a bigger, slower Roughneck UAC20 build. I have an alternative one I use personally. It's slightly faster and hotter, and I've traded in some MRM ammo for UAC20 ammo. The speed really helps me, since I'm not used to slow mechs, rarely playing Assault, being a medium/heavy player. It also helps me be more aggressive in peeking/tanking/pushing, which I enjoy. You can still brawl perfectly fine if you use the MLs sparingly. MWO Mechlab code (without quotes): " Af:830^1|ag|i^|i^|i^|i^p61|GP|GP|HP|[<2q61|O@r01|Y?|Y?|Y?s01|[@t01|9P|9Pu01|9P|9Pv80|9Pw:0:0:0 "
That's a great alternative. A bit low on MRM ammo for my tastes, but the arm is lost very easily so that's up to preference Glad you're enjoying the build!
Well, it's only two weapons, but it's still 80 alpha if you double-tap. Additionally, the amount of heat-sinks/cooling, you'd be able to shoot almost constantly making for pretty good sustained DPS. It works on my Roughneck (UAC20+MRM30), but I haven't played enough Assaults/Banshee to tell if that's good or not. As for the ammunition for my build, I've recently dropped 1/2 UAC20 ammo to make the 1/2 ton MRM ammo into a full ton. I personally use the UAC enough to use up most, occasionally even all of the ammo in an extended game. I am enjoying it, though.
Danggit. Should've checked and tried this build. The extra speed compared to STD might've been better. I still run exca's take on Shock's build but nowadays spawning in Alpha or Bravo lance in e.g Hibernal/Canyon and HPG(Bravo lance being the furthest away from the rest) respectively I get instarekt..
