Definitely the best build to suit the rather amazing quirks this thing has. I'm actually rather surprised they'd give a Hero 'Mech such nice quirks, but I guess considering its rather poor hardpoints, it makes some sense. In any case, here's an updated version with a LightEngine, ERML instead of standard ML, and threw in a RL10 as well, for no real reason. Can drop the RL10 for a half ton more ammo, or for more armor (I did skimp a bit).
