This build works best when you have broken terrain. It's fast enough (with full Speed Tweak) to do hit-and-run on bigger targets, and tanky enough to absorb hits from harassers. Ultimately, it sits in a tiny niche, and shoulders everyone else out. The key is to let your right side tank damage. The armor quirks for the right arm give it a max of 63 armor points, and the right torso is completely empty. I built this mech to lose its arms, and to accept losing both its side torsos. You have to be an ammo miser. Fire your lasers while you have them, fire your UAC/10 only when you have a solid hit, and save your MRMs for killing blows.
And the obligatory LE 300 build that really leans into those arm armor quirks (54R, 52L), but affords you another ton of ammo (combined).
Not really sure if I find a single MRM 10 worth it, but looks good! Maybe run a LE295 with a DHS inside +7% heat dissipation/capacity for 1kph less speed
The MRM 10 is really lovely when the enemies are all banged up, especially if you're running the zombie build. Until until then, it's not quite worth it. Ultimately, the first build reveals a lot more about my personality than it does about the current meta. I like my mechs fast & durable, and I love swooping in to finish enemies who are falling back to the back line.
I use a similar setup with MPLs instead of ML & the MRM. Not really a fan of 20 caliber weapons on this chassis
