Here it is, ladies and gents! The little brother (or sister) to my Chains of Misery Stalker build. I say little, yet it packs essentially the same load-out, albeit with a reduced armour rating and heat efficiency. It is faster though, which may prove to be an effective remedy to those issues.

I'm quite surprised that my Urban Guardian 1X build didn't end up looking like this. It has a much higher Alpha Strike, which might offset the fact that the chassis' armour rating, speed and heat efficiency are a bit inferior.

Your Urban Guardian only uses 3 of the energy slots, this uses all 5, and this has more ammo.

I know. Its a bit weird. I must have been set on having the ERPPC. Still, it shows as least a little improvement.

I kind of consider it a bit too slow. I basically never downgrade from a STD300 on my 1X, because I've used the 255 on my 4X and it's painfully slow.

It seems rather slow, but then again, it's a heavy brawler. The only thing I would change, no case, slap the ammo in the legs and up the .5 ton in armor. Legging a 'Phract is a rare sight to see.

Version I'm running now to cap out...

Small lasers for heat efficiency, bigger engine, higher armor and what I find to be the biggest plus, LLas in side torsos. Not only can it use the arms for shields, then zombie, it can use the LLas to peak over ridges better. Doesn't give you the arm reflex to aim LLas in a brawl, but, the larger engine helps you turn faster and you can use the arms to soak damage.

Just my preference. Great loadout, though, Watchman. Full stars.

    Chatt.

I think this is a compromise between Speed, cooling, and firepower.

    5-5 stars for the concept

Haven't run an AC/20 in a looooong time. Don't like the range for a ballistic. However, I'm loving this build.

Enemy team was at 742 points with two caps held! SOOO close. Brawled a Stalker and Dragon at the same time to end it, my CT armor already in the red. Dragon was full health, so, I took down the 60% Stalker, using buildings to keep me from the dragon (AC10, 2xLL) then turned toward him. Good player, great strafing and aim. I just kept my Chubby Checker on, twistin' my body and shoutin' with that AC/20, 2xLL and overpowered his healthier mech. Good match.

hmmmpf. The OP-Build has an impressive (Alpha)Firepower, but the weakpoints are obvious - too low Cool Efficiency to use all Weapons effectively over long time, and low Speed is bad for the CTF. How about completely dropping the MLas for focused+constant (Alpha)Usage of the Big Guns!?

    or cooler:

Well for what it is worth here is my 2 cents. Came up with this while at work and may try it when I get home. I think it is a great all around mix of all of your great builds.

Excellent speed from its standard engine
    430 Armor.....nuff said
    Adequate cooling
all for the loss of 1 med laser.

Slots was never an issue with this build, weight was. As a result I chose to go with FF armor, I know gasp...but was able to put that back into the total armor package and a good engine giving me nearly maximum armor. Problem with that is it precludes you from ever using AMS but with good mobility I find they aren't as big of an issue since I can usually find a tall rock or atlas to cower behind ;)

My current version, give up one MLas on the arm since it does not sync with others anyways. Arm LLas and AC20.
Slow, but it is a brawler. AMS a must now.

i very much like this build, but would move LLas to torso slots, just because of their position
